These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marketing Marque website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Marketing Marque provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development.

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual client agreements or statements of work ("SOW").

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Marketing Marque and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for our services, clients receive a licence to use the deliverables created for them. Marketing Marque retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets required for work
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments as outlined in the service agreement
• Not engage competing agencies for the same services without prior notice

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual client agreements. Generally:

• Monthly retainer services: invoiced at the start of each month, payable within 7 days
• Project-based work: 50% deposit required before work commences
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
• Services may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 14 days

6. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, Marketing Marque cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, and client-side factors outside our control.

We commit to applying industry best practices, transparent reporting, and continuous optimization to maximise performance for every client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, customer information, and any other information designated as confidential.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client will receive all deliverables completed up to the termination date. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Marque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
